LOGIX Soon to release Live Support
LOGIX Live Support is a real time chat solution that enables companies to offer real time chat and support services to guests of their websites. LOGIX Live Support is a .NET application that is supported on Microsoft® Windows 2003, IIS6 hosting platforms. Although developed to work with Microsoft®'s popular Internet Explorer 7, Live Support's client application will run on any browser based platform without the need for browser snap-ins, active X or Java. The operator back end offers the ability to monitor, join, and transfer chat sessions. The administrator back end offers all the operator functionality in addition to the ability to supervise chat sessions in stealth mode. If no operators are available Live Support will direct the guest to a web form where they can leave a message. LOGIX Live Support is currently in alpha test phase (see our home page) and we hope to have it ready for product release in December of 2007.
